Job Description Develops, prepares, validates, audits and disseminates operations reports; Collate and assess field nominations on network roll-out and finalize recommendation to Regional Sales Head; Develops business forecast/outlook based on trends, facility roll-out and sales program; Gather competitive activities and escalate to channel and sales management team.
Localized Administration of Sales Incentives
Validates SIP-related metrics of the regional sales force and coordinates with Shared Services & Finance for all SIP-related concerns; ensures full communication and release of Notices of SIP Pay-out to all stakeholders 2 days before the actual SIP pay-out.
Analysis and Reporting of Sales Performance
Accurate and timely preparation and analysis of weekly, monthly, quarterly and as-needed reports on key operational measures such as activation, top-up, sell-in, sell-out, AMAX transacting retailers and other information as required by the business.
Channel Information Support
Prepares accurate and timely channel info support/adhoc reports to the designated business channels according to standards and as required by the business.
DPAS Sales Performance Reporting and Submission
Ensures accuracy and timely uploading of sales performance and channel development targets in the DPAS tool; timely review, validation and submission of DPAS results
