Job Description
Architecture degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe graphics suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Vray, Lumion
Production from schematic design to construction documents
Ideally experience with mixed use / residential / hospitality developments
Ability to understand architectural plans as well as plans from other consultants
Experience with construction documents preparation and detailing
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
A keen eye for detail
Ability to project manage
Ability to meet deadlines
Qualification
Accredited professional degree in architecture
5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience
AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe graphics suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), 3D Studio Max, VRay, Sketchup, Lumion
Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Needs to work US CST work hours
Needs to connect through telephone, Teams chat and email.
