We are looking for an Architectural Engineer to join our growing team in the Philippines.
As an Architectural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and reviewing various architectural plans and prototypes. Besides, you should also be able to analyze building plans and structures and suggest improvements.
You should be familiar with the building codes and safety standards and ensure compliance with the same. Moreover, you should be able to perform site visits as and when required. As a part of your job responsibilities, you should also be able to communicate with clients and offer them advice on various building projects.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should be familiar with CAD software and able to read and interpret technical drawings. Furthermore, you should display good time management and organizational skills. Your strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach will be highly advantageous. A successful candidate should be able to help clients outline project objectives and determine a budget.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Holding a professional and valid engineering license.
Proven 4-7 years work experience as an Architectural Engineer in a reputed Architectural firm or in the Engineering industry.
Complete knowledge of the building codes, safety standards, industry trends, and regulations.
Familiarity with CAD software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Having an eye for detail.
Strong leadership skills.
Philippine Nationals only.
While the role is remote based, the candidate must be living in the Philippines.
Bilingual skills in English and Filipino are required.
