Architectural draftsperson (revit - au experience)Access Offshoring

This is a remote position.We are seeking motivated new team members to fill several positions from Senior Technicians and Architects to Senior Architects. Our firm's focus is to provide unique and innovate solutions for the built environment that embody good design principles and produce creative outcomes for clients, stakeholders and end users. Being a highly responsive practice, our motivated & passionate team collaborate across a diverse range of project sectors and disciplines.Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality architectural documentation using Revit.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop design solutions from concept to completion.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Apply a strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant regulations in documentation and design.
Contribute to resolving complex design and construction challenges with a proactive approach.
Support project leaders in delivering innovative and functional design outcomes.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of drafting and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
Proficient in Revit and experienced in producing comprehensive construction documentation.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience working on projects from design development through to construction documentation.
Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices is an advantage.
