Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with strong experience in Autodesk Revit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents using Revit.
Develop and modify BIM models based on project requirements.
Interpret architectural sketches, markups, and design specifications.
Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
Revise drawings based on client and project team feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and construction documentation.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
