Our Philippines office is expanding, and we are seeking Architect to join the team to participate in Advanced Technology Facilities Electronic projects.
Delivering architectural design on time and within budgeted hours
Designing buildings of Industrial, Water and Transportation sector
Modeling designed elements in BIM software
Knowledge of applicable building regulations, design standards of the company and clients
Stamping design packages
Assigning tasks and coordinating with junior architects and technicians
Performing peer review of other designers' work
Doing code compliance checks and preparing life safety plans
Cooperating and coordinating design with engineers of other disciplines
Supporting and developing architectural assistants
Qualifications
Education: MSc in architecture
Professional license in architecture
Good knowledge of building codes and standards
Good skills in architectural software (Revit, Autocad, Sketchup)
English language skills minimum at intermediate level
Personal skills: well organized, responsible
Experience in electronics projects would be an advantage
Design experience in UK/US would be an advantage
