JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION
Assist Project Manager & Asst. Project Manager in all architectural activities and ensure that all architectural works are done in accordance with the contract, standard, and FCD plan;
Implement other duties and responsibilities in the construction and preparation of documents such as RFA, MAS, RFI, method statements, schedules, reports, and progress billing;
Graduate of B.S. Architecture (Licensed is an advantage);
With 2 years of work experience in Mid Rise Building (MRB) Construction;
Knowledge in precast works is an advantage;
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, AutoCAD & Sketchup;
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro City.
