Position Title: AR Supervisor
Salary: 45,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: February 2024
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Post/Review incoming payments, identifying and resolving sales deductions such as claims, program deductions, and Coop
Review and approve customer enrollment, agreements, and credit limits
Issue and review credit invoices
Review AR aging reports and facilitate collection efforts
Make and review dispute claims
Communicate effectively with the Sales and Marketing (M&O) team
Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including billing and collection functions, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
Review sales orders and goods issued to maintain accuracy
Maintain selling prices and ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
Provide accounting assistance to project managers and staff, addressing financial questions and concerns to meet business needs
Act as a liaison between the company and external parties to fulfill information needs and maintain proper historical records
Train and evaluate team members to enhance their performance
Conduct ad hoc projects and analyses to support senior and executive management
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting/SD is required
Superior spreadsheet skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good planning and priority-setting skills
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented, fostering strong working relationships and a positive work environment
Experience in the eCommerce industry
Proactive communication skills with the Sales and Marketing department
