Job Responsibilities:
Responsible of full spectrum of Accounts receivable
Closely monitor and follow up all outstanding payments
Prepare AR Aging reports on monthly basis
Receipts posting into system, update advanced payments received from customers and cheque deposits
Perform monthly inter-company balances confirmation and reconciliation
Processing bank reconciliation of monthly accounting
Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation
Assist in preparation of yearly financial statements and support to audit inquiry
Assist in year-end audit and tax return preparation
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
Min 3 years accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous
Willing to learn attitude and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Processes positive working attitude and able to work as well as in a team
Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
