Job Responsibilities:
The role is designed to support the Front desk team of all the medical practices
The tasks involved are crucial to the day to day running of each medical practice
Attend to patient calls to book appointment in the system
Set expectations with patients before coming for the appointment (i.e., inform if there is any additional fee to pay for procedures, complete forms, etc.)
Add notes in Patient's file/ Appointment Notes if there is any important info that the doctors, nurses, reception should know
Effective coordination with Reception Team
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Other tasks as directed
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to patients
Up sell additional services as need arises
Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with the service provided
Liaise with Practice Managers, Senior Medical Receptionists and Medical Receptionists
Attend periodic team meetings
Closely work with other team members to ensure continuity of task delivery during leaves of absence
Requirements
Must have at least 3-4 years' experience for of customer service, booking appointments, confirming certain policies and protocols
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Proactive attitude towards problem solving and follow up
Ability to meet agreed KPI's
Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
Customer service skills is desirable
Advanced Typing skills
This position performs inbound/outbound calls to potential and existing patients
This position will require reporting and working closely with Admin Operations Support Team Lead to ensure accurate and effective quality of service and maintain contact with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied and if there is any need for follow up
Able to work office-based and on weekends
