Provide travel suggestions
Make travel, hotel reservations, rental car arrangements, tour bookings, and leisure arrangements.
Information on the weather, restaurants, tourist sites, and recreational activities
Provide international tourists information on customs laws, necessary documents (passports, visas, and immunization certificates), and exchange rates for currencies
For information on departure and arrival times, fares, hotel rankings, and lodgings, consult written and computer-based sources.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in relevant compute application
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Amenable to work onsite
B2 AM score and up
At least 6 months CCE
