Responsibilities:
- Studies and learns assigned Autodesk Solutions.
- Conducts technical demonstrations of assigned Autodesk Solutions to clients.
- Provides technical support (e-mail, phone, chat and remote) for Autodesk Solutions which ranges from installation, licensing, product support and etc. to clients and colleagues in other departments.
- Conducts training sessions of assigned Autodesk Solutions to clients of the ATC (Authorized Training Center).
- Presents at events or webinars as a speaker.
