As an Application Support Specialist at FreeBalance you will be responsible for the overall application maintenance and support in accordance with the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to production support Service Requests.
Perform routine maintenance and support activities.
Work with other programmers and the architects to make sure that components interact to meet performance goals.
Utilize problem solving skills to develop and suggest solutions for clients and reduce on call stress.
Track performance and report progress against work package and team goals.
Communicate major application problems and resolutions to key stakeholders, management, development teams, end users, and service desk staff.
Manage triage and lead application support and root cause analysis initiatives and improvements
Qualifications:
University graduates in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of Accounting/Financials experience
2+ years of application maintenance or production support experience
Experience with enterprise ERP product (s) desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Previous experience in the public sector considered an asset
This is a full-time position based in Manila, Philippines. Ability to travel internationally and locally on as needs basis for extended periods
