ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for L2 Application Support Analyts to join a highly successful and largest healthcare recruitment agency in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
L2 support, maintenance and enhancement across a suite of market-leading cloud software applications and related integrations for our recruitment services;
Emphasis is on meeting business BAU objectives and timelines in a fast-paced environment and adhering to our IT support methodologies and framework;
Additional project work will be required to extend the technology stack for future business diversification and growth;
Perform systems administration and do analysis/trouble-shoot complicated software configuration and integration issues in consultation with business users and vendor support;
Great communication (fluent English) skills are important and a structured approach to problem resolution and testing changes are required; and
There may be some need for scripting/software development skills in future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain both 3rd party and integrations, utilising a ticketing system and IT support management processes, escalating to others when necessary;
Ensure that application portfolio is available to users as defined by agreed SLA's;
Keep abreast of the relevant technology, tools and professional skills in use within the team;
Perform minor enhancements under limited direction; and
Participate in project work to delivery new software capabilities to the business.
Requirements
3+ years' experience in similar role;
Systems Administration/L2 Support/Enhancement of a number of Cloud systems;
Structured IT support experience in small IT team;
Experience with the following cloud platforms/systems would be highly regarded - Freshworks, Vincere ATS, Marketing/Sales platforms.
Good understanding of Google Suite; and
Understanding and experience in recruitment services industry.
