THE ROLE
The Application Support Analyst will work directly with our clients to help them be successful in using the software.
SCHEDULE: 6 PM - 3 AM Pacific Daylight Time (9 AM - 6 PM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Assist the client with software-related concerns and issues
· Support the client's implementation team
· Install and set up the software remotely
· Create custom reports
· Work with data to ensure that the company is working well
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
· Must have 3+ years of professional working experience
· Experience in SSRS is an advantage
· Some experience and basic understanding of IIS, server, etc. a plus
· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, etc.)
· Good knowledge of SQL
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
