WHAT IS AN APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST (WINDOWS) Our awesome client, a leading properties-investment company based in Australia is looking for an APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST (WINDOWS) to be part of their team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide level 1 application support on a 24x7 rotating roster Apply technical knowledge to analyze and resolve issues within agreed SLAs Solid Network, SQL and server knowledge with a quick learning attitude and passion to learn Demonstrated ability to build and execute SQL queries and identify patterns in data Experience in Windows System Administration Hands on AWS infrastructure experience in a Production environment WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Skill Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interest and understanding in IT Experience in ITIL Able to efficiently communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience The ability to build good working relationships Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work well autonomously Have completed a tertiary qualification related to Computer Science/Information Technology, or have relevant work experience
