Your Mission
The mission of ANZ's Secure Internet Services squad is to keep the bank safe by allowing secure access to the Internet
Key activities that support this mission
Manage user and application owned by Cyber Security Application Support
Jira Board Hygiene and Confluence Pages management
Daily Stand-Up lead and Participate in Planning
Key Priorities
Monitor dashboards & work on issues
Monitor generic mailbox & attend to queries & concerns
Monitor ticket Requests & Incidents queue
Raise Changes for upgrades/patches (etc.) & implement
Documentation
Assist squad in delivering initiative when needed
Facilitate Daily Stand-Up and educate colleagues on best Agile practices

Role Location: 26F MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
Shift Schedule: Normal business hours and on-call support

What you bring to the role as an Analyst, Application Support
Have a thirst and willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies bringing benefits into the Tribe
Experienced in one or more roles previously eg: Front/Back end Engineer, Operations Engineer, Integration Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Security Engineer, Service Desk etc
Ability to triage and diagnose defects/issues
Experienced working with operations and architecture groups developing scalable and supportable solutions (desired but not mandatory)
Understand customer needs to make sound judgments
Pays attention to the detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality solutions
Understanding of current state landscape and relevant technologies
Has a broad understanding of how to apply New Ways of Working to their role
What we're looking for...
A degree in Information Security or Computer Science or Cyber Security or Information Technology.
Extensive years of technical experience, including strong experience in security services
Proven hands-on experience in the following technology: Splunk, Phantom, Ansible, Palo Alto, Web proxy technologies
Looking into Industry certification such as CISSP or CCSE or SANS and/or other Security certifications, such as GCIA or GCIH or CEH.
Proficient in Jira board management & Confluence Page affluent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable to present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
