We are looking for a Loan Maintenance Officer for
an Australian mortgage company that values personal relationships both with
customers and staff.

Some of the responsibilities that you will be
handling are:
-Accurate data entry into systems
-Coordination with lenders to check on current loan details for clients
-Preparation of property profile reports;
-Checking of loan documents for compliance
-Completion of discharge and variation forms.
Requirements
To qualify, here are the things you must have:
-1 to 3 years of work experience as a Loan Processor in either AU or US
account
-Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team
environment, for example a small business
-Great level of verbal and written communication skills
-High Attention to detail
-Ability to finish tasks quickly and accurately.
