JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be part of the primary service relationship interface between customers and TIM for technical service delivery and support related activities.
Support the Technical Support Team in carrying out Security /Cybersecurity implementations for customers using different landscapes and hosted on the web/public cloud.
Support in developing and maintaining software application security policies and procedures, as well as documentation of application security controls.
Support in designing technical solutions to address security weaknesses. Analyzing system services, spotting issues in code, networks and applications following security best practices in performing tasks.
Successfully communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers including thorough and appropriate communication with customers (internal and external), in accordance to ITSM framework. Manage assigned tickets, activities, and projects and ensure all activity and time is properly and thoroughly documented, ensuring resolution and documentation of customer issues in accordance with Customer expectations (MSA/SLA obligations).
Participate in meetings for customer, internal/external departmental, process, and project planning as required. Provide reports for internal and external use as directed.
This role requires availability for after-hours on-call support, to include nights and weekends remotely and/or onsite. Be an effective point of escalation for customers and stakeholders, as required, to support and resolve service delivery issues, and support the sales process. Perform out of business hours escalation support for customers with complex servicing requirements.
Ensure completion issues on Service Improvement Plan and implement action plans as required. Manage day-to-day implementation activities. Provide mentoring and support to department colleagues as necessary. Contribute to the execution of improvement plans to achieve increased customer satisfaction.
Support an environment of communication and continuous improvement of IT Technical Support processes, tools, technologies, standards and overall performance of the IT Technical Support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
B.S. Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, B.S. Computer Technology, B.S. Degree in IT
Experience:
Experienced Applications Security Engineer who has been exposed to various Cybersecurity Technologies and Platforms i.e. Privilege Access Management, Identity Access Management, Security Risk-based Monitoring Platforms, Firewall Policy configurations, VAPT, software application security controls. Analysis of system services, spotting issues in code, networks and applications and coding is a plus. With experience of Application Service Design, Project and Service Delivery, familiar with project procedures and quality management methodologies.
Minimum of 3+ years of Working knowledge of web application security and experience in implementation and support of Info and Cyber Security related fields and 2 Years in any or two of the following: Security Platform Management, Security Policies (Firewalls, Identity Access Management, Privilege Access Management, VAPT, Anti-DDOS, Malwares and other cyberattacks.

Ability to work collaboratively with senior management across multiple departments in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
