Purpose of the Job
The Application Consultant participates in:
Innovation Projects responsible for application design, development, implementation, testing, training and after care
Level 3 Support for the solutions in place escalated from Level 2
This role will be based in our office in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:
(1)Application Support
Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 2 Support as system bugs, requests for service and change requests
(2)Ticket Analysis
Responsible to investigate the tickets and identify the Root Cause
(3)Training
Responsible for the Super User training in the different projects you involved
(4)Project
Responsible for the design, development, test, training, roll-out and after care of the innovation projects with the Delivery Area
(4) Line of Expertise responsibility
Responsible for Line of Expertise identified within the Delivery Area as Process Owner and capable to discuss with the Business to find the right solutions for the users and for the customer
Skills and Experience Required:
6-7 years of relevant work experience are needed
Master degree desirable in Sales Business
Experience with SAP CRM is Mandatory in the following Areas:
CRM Sales (Account, Activity, Opportunity, Quotation)
CRM Interaction Center (Interaction Record, Service Requests, Service Orders)
Experience with SAP C4C will be considered in the evaluation
Knowledge of other SAP modules (i.e. CS, SD, LE) will be extra bonus
This experience has to come from similar Sales companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented
International experience from either previous jobs in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory
Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the specific SAP modules.
