Job Description
Purpose of Position:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and talented Content Builder in Sitecore CMS/CMP to join our passionate team of designers, storytellers, developers and creative thinkers. This person will be a critical member of the Kimberly-Clark Professional APAC CX & Marketing team - a team leading the organization's digital transformation and helping to shape the experiences of our salespeople, our distributors and our customers.
The Content Builder, APAC is part of a team of content managers responsible for building experiences across our digital touchpoints with customers via content management platforms. This role is primarily focused, but not limited to APAC websites properties. The role will report to the APAC Demand Generation & Content Strategy Leader.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for build and assembly of content in the website CMS (Content Management System) and CMP (Content Marketing Platform) to support:
Build of new content/campaigns
Build new features on the website roadmap
Content maintenance
Ongoing optimization
Oversee the website customer journey of the website and identify opportunities for improvement
Complete delegated work to achieve build to deadlines
Coordinate website upgrades for the region
Expert in various content management tools and Microsoft Teams tools to perform role
Accountable for recording activity on assigned work on Project Management platform
Responsible for defining any capability gaps and training needs to perform role
Responsible for identifying any content input gaps observed to ensure all inputs are captured for content build to commence and raising to team leader
Responsible for completing assigned content audit tasks
Perform assigned UAT (user testing) tasks and daily quality control on work delivered
Support team on emails, landing pages, and forms set up in Pardot
Provide updates on progress, and roadmap of priorities for the Region
Attend all training sessions on new capabilities in CMS/CMP
Understand Application Architecture and functionality from content upload and share
Understand how content will be provided and the relevant terminologies used for multi-site and mulita-lingual content upload
Required Skills:
Expert user, administrator and content builder in Sitecore 9.1 CMS (Content Management System)
Expert user, administrator and content builder in Sitecore CMP (Content Marketing Platform)
Expert user in DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform
Deep understanding navigating the K-C content tech stack
Solid knowledge of web-based layout, design, and effective user experience design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
