The Program Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Ensures change control is executed throughout program.
Ensures appropriate program staffing levels.
Ensures creation of program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
Ensures resources are assigned to program & monitor commitment.Ensure change control is executed throughout program.
Identifies, documents, and understands program dependencies.
Identifies key stakeholders who participate in program scope definition.
Tracks actual program costs, identify variances, and reforecast program costs as needed.
Measures program management performance against standards.
Ensures appropriate program staffing levels.
Establishes program communication needs and create program communication plan.
Creates the program risk management plan.
Works with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close program contracts.
Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
Coaches and evaluates team's performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, etc.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience
Qualification in program management or equivalent (PgMP/PMP/PRINCE2)
Demonstrated having worked as a Program or Project Manager and/or Lead medium to large cross-functional projects with commensurate people management experience
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
The incumbent should have the ability to understand the drivers behind the financial and tenacity to get into the details. They should also have a proven track record in program management (including the use of project management tools and methodology), in addition to stakeholder engagement, understanding business requirements and an ability to get projects completed in a timely manner.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide financial support to various Operations for APAC O&T Head, APAC O&T Chief of Staff and Country O&T Heads
Identify trends, themes, tendencies that indicate emerging operational risks by relying on mining trends in relevant metrics, loss data and external events. Effectively communicate learnings to Business in order to drive necessary responses and action.
· Support the businesses with identifying potential solutions to make a process more efficient and apply possible technology solutions to achieve straight through processing
· Engage technology partners where needed to implement changes and control implementations
· Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
· Review the line by line numbers at month-end (both GCG and ICG, as well as Tech & EO&T) along with the concerned business units and Finance
· Work closely with regional O&T finance on the submission of the variance, flash, saves, spends, etc.
· Track the monthly investment spends and re-engineering saves
· Provide data and update the O&T Financial deck, submission for monthly business, unit cost calculation and Business Review
· Review accruals for Finance, Nostro charges, ICSA/ADR for O&T
Business support:
· Assist with Implementation/training and rollout across all countries for the programs being driven across the APAC O&T and Indonesia O&T.
· Ensure that projects and programs are effectively planned, monitored and driven while escalating and addressing key risks.
· Coordinate and work with various business partners in delivery projects/initiatives like LEAN, Process Standardization and Migration across Indonesia O&T
· Work with Country O&T Head's on regular or Ad hoc business reviews
· Manage OT management meetings and follow through on actions
· Support APAC Chief of Staff drive specific initiatives
