Keywords International has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and management of the Keywords Studios APAC network. This person will work closely with the Keywords Global IT Management to ensure alignment with corporate IT service standards.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
Design, configure, and test network infrastructure
Monitor the performance of networks and manage network access control
Maintain and troubleshoot network devices
Perform investigation/root cause analysis and resolve critical network incidents
Adhere to and enforce change management process
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
Maintain inventory of all network related equipment
Work with Keywords Global IT Management to ensure alignment with corporate IT service standards
Provide comprehensive L3 support for the operational teams
Requirements
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Panorama and Palo Alto Firewall management
Confident in Cisco LAN management and design
Solid understanding of GRE, IPSec, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VLANs, QoS
Wifi design and management (experience with Unifi is a plus)
Ability to use Linux CLI-based tools for troubleshooting
Ability to create diagrams/documentation using Visio/Word/Excel
SOFT SKILLS: * Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical mind and advanced troubleshooting skills
Needs to be able to remain calm under pressure and ensure a logical thought process is maintained
Production user-focused mentality
Ability to work independently and as a team and mentor less experienced colleagues
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
Ideally, we're looking for someone with:
4+ years experience as Network Administrator
Experience in python would be an advantage
Experience with adhering to security compliance and responding to vulnerabilities is a plus
A combination of the following certifications is desirable: Network+, CCNA, PCNSA, PCNSE
IT related degree is preferred
