As a Researcher, you will be responsible for researching on requests including travel, dining, tickets and creative for our membership base. You will have proficient written English. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To research on lifestyle & travel requests for our international members based throughout APAC, EMEA and US in a timely & accurate manner.
To undergo weekly training & meetings on concierge offers to maximise customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Luxury and VIP Travel and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred
Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
This position is a 40-hour work week with day and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday.
Please note: This is a remote role in Philippines, and we consider the candidates who has right to work in Manilla or Clarke.
