As part of the APAC Go To Market (GTM) function, you will play a pivotal role in helping Cielo deliver against our ambitious growth plans. Collaborating with specialists across our wider business and with regular exposure to regional leadership, this is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic, passionate Bid Writer who is looking to develop their career, to join one of the world's leading RPO providers.
What does it look like?
Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with our team of sales leaders to develop winning proposals for RFP/RFI projects, client-focused presentations and white papers
Project managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met
Writing tailored proposals and creating compelling presentations which showcase our services and help us shine out in a crowded market
Supporting the Client Development Team to retain and develop existing accounts
Proactively engaging with the wider business to gather information on best practice, then translating this into case studies

Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to liaise, with confidence, at all levels of seniority
Highly adaptable - Proven track record in managing multiple projects with time-critical deadlines

Relationship-driven, with great communication skills and the proven ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders
