AP SPECIALIST
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
Must have at least 1 year related working experience
Willing to work in Mandaue City and can start ASAP
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares AP/APDP invoice in SAP based on PO & PR received from the Dept. and submits them to Finance & Acctg. Manager for approval
Ensures completeness of documentations on payments claimed
Maintains and updates the subsidiary ledger of all contractors, micro-subcontractors, service providers and suppliers
Attends to contractor or supplier's queries or complaints
Responsible in reconciling with supplier/contractor for any discrepancies between billed amount and record of the company
Responsible for the recording and safekeeping of the Accounts Payable Vouchers
Provides summary of expenses paid during the month to the department manager for easy monitoring
Handles the business permit renewal of the company
Handles other activities/functions as assigned by the immediate head
