What this job involves
About the role
The Analyst aims to deliver relevant, insightful and forward-looking thought leadership on major trends impacting JLL's clients. We are seeking an experienced researcher who will provide crucial support for local and regional research initiatives.
Database management
Take ownership of real estate databases through regular data collection from primary and secondary sources, database audit, analysis, and interpretation across multiple asset classes.
Bespoke Studies
Conduct and provide support to bespoke studies and data services for JLL's local and regional clients.
Thought Leadership
Deliver thought leadership papers and other research-driven outputs (presentations, etc), incorporating both primary and secondary research, to support local and regional business lines, and other functional priorities of the business.
Collaboration
Liaise with regional and local teams to identify synergies and opportunities to collaborate around research and consulting projects.
Sound like you? Here is what we're looking for:
Education
A bachelor's degree, with at least 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the field of market research or in a professional services firm. Real estate experience a plus, but not required.
Effective Communicator
Excellent communication & collaboration skills; comfortable with working globally and remotely. Strong analytical skills and writing ability (in English) is essential.
Meticulous
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Proven ability in understanding, gathering, analysing and interpreting data. Good knowledge of business fundamentals. Strong attention to detail.
Statistical Proficiency
Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications; proficiency in SPSS or other statistical packages and GIS are a plus. Prior work on qualitative or quantitative surveys a plus. Able to work independently.
