He / She assists in the creation of compelling, accurate and engaging reports & presentations, real as well as estate/financial analysis for the Commercial Leasing & Markets Team with the overall objective to contribute in the generation of revenues / sales. What this job involves: Analysis Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows Occasionally perform complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervision Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis Research Gather and evaluating real estate market and property data Research companies, landlords, and potential clients Conduct market calls, preview space opportunities, develop fact sheets and tour books, and gather photos and floor plans Database Management Maintain accurate, complete and updated database of information research Prepare and maintain a stacking plan i.e. list of tenants of all segment 1 buildings with lease expiry dates for tracking Client Interaction Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses, and on-line systems Work directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues Attend building tours with client and regular conference calls Other Transaction Support Review lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts, and review other materials as part of the due diligence process Help prepare commission invoices and tracking transactions on deals Professional Development Develop an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminology Become familiar with the lease negotiation process and lease issues Attend JLL-sponsored training sessions and endorsed external training sessions & seminars, and completing courses on Element K Obtain Real Estate Broker's license Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by Head of Office Leasing Advisory Sound like you To apply, you need to be: CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Ideal Experience College graduate preferably business/finance course Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint) Creative, energetic & Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written) Critical Competencies for Success Leadership & People Development Self-Development Contribute to Vision & Mission Client Focus & Relationship Communication Flawless Execution & Results Orientation Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking Understands the Business Other Personal Characteristics Well-groomed & mannered and projects professionalism With good interpersonal skills Demonstrates integrity Self-motivated confident & energetic Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations Goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets Strong communicator - good presentation skills & possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (Englis h & local language) also an active listener KEY STAKEHOLDERS Internal & External Clients What you can expect from us You will be given a remarkable opportunity to be part of one of the most remarkable and diverse teams within JLL.
