Primary responsibilities include:
Act as a primary point of contact between Regional Client Services (RCS) and IT asset management for inventory management processes/functions.
Collaborate with inventory depots on monthly inventory needs.
Manage order schedule for computer assets and peripherals.
Place inventory orders through BuyNow/Ariba following procurement guidelines.
Track inventory orders and update tracking documentation.
Create ad-hoc inventory reports in ServiceNow for depots and RCS managers as needed.
Provide order status as needed.
Complete goods receipt and purchase confirmations in BuyNow as inventory is received.
Coordinate with lease manager to ensure order schedule aligns with financial budgets and forecast.
Take point on order escalations and follow-up.
Partner with lease manager and project managers on tech refresh related efforts and projects that require order management and facilitation.
Coordinates the order and fulfillment process for computer hardware and peripherals.
Partner with inventory depots to determine.
Create purchase orders in Ariba/BuyNow.
Perform goods receipt as equipment arrives.
Provide final order confirmation to inventory depots and managers.
Run asset reports to identify inventory needs and/or gaps.
Coordinate as needed with HW asset management.
Review inventory regularly and facilitate clean-up process when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience in related field
ServiceNow (reports, asset module)
Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) experience
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate level of working knowledge of ServiceNow and inventory management processes.
BuyNow/Ariba experience is preferred.
Requires working knowledge of inventory management and application of best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action, and adapt to change.
Work well both independently and as a member of a high-performance team.
