Responsible for:
Providing solution and development skills in the area of data and document composition through the use of third party, and/or FFDMS proprietary composition tools as part of a total communications solution. Extent of Authority: DEVELOPEMENT
Perform document composition and formatting tasks
Perform quality assurance activities to check and verify accuracy of documents and programming outputs of other team members
Responsible for mentoring and coaching junior programmers (Sr. Level), for further enhancement of their skill levels
Responsible for solving quick turn-around project issues

Main Activities:
Develop and maintain programs and scripts using a proprietary scripting language and Perl
Perform document composition and formatting tasks
Perform quality assurance activities to check and verify accuracy of documents and programming outputs of other team members
Responsible for mentoring and coaching junior programmers, for further enhancement of their skill levels
Responsible for solving quick turn-around project issues. Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.

Key Skills and Personality Traits:
Key Skills
With at least 3 years of pure programming experience (option for external hiring).
With at least 3 years of document composition works (option for internal hiring).
With above average problem-solving skills
With excellent proof-reading and typing skills
With keen attention to detail, both in visual/aesthetic and logic accuracy of project outputs
Must be proficient in verbal and written English communications.
With Traditional Chinese communication experience (optional traits but it is an advantage).
Must have the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced development environment with projects spanning from a few hours to a few days only.
Experienced with Page Description Languages such as AFP, PCL, and PostScript development.
Experienced with Linux environment.
Able to act as an officer in charge in the absence of the group team lead.
Able to meet self-committed deadlines.
Personality Traits
Can work with minimal supervision.
Easy to adapt and willing to explore new system.
Self-Starter - Looking for candidates who can contribute immediately.
Have interfaced with IT and business users.
Qualifications and Typical Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivale

Must be eligible to legally work in Australia.
Employment is dependent on Australian Citizenship and a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS.

Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients.
Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position.
Maintain Fujifilm and client confidentiality.
Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role.
May be needed to be on-call from time to time to meet requirements of the role.
