Own all Cost related activities for a specific Cluster and drive effective management of the company's Cost of Sales and optimized cost savings through the delivery of timely, accurate and relevant cost forecasts & analysis. This position reports to one of the two Team Leads based in Manila.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on cost by SKU. Perform cost run for new SKUs and Re-roll of standards with 100% accuracy costing data maintenance in SAP
Perform timely and accurate month-end closing and provide complete COGS $& DP reconciliation analysis through month-end reporting
Budget and Forecast of costing comprehensively broken into detailed components with 100% accuracy
Lead the review of monthly actual Cost of Sales variances, Budget and S&OP Forecast with business partners such as Cluster Finance Director and Product Supply Director
Provide financial support in cost saving projects validation and any other types of cost analysis, help identifying opportunities and determine cost impact
Ensure full compliance to cost internal controls. Regularly performs control testing, reviewing control test results, driving and implementing resolution to control gaps
Assist Team Leads as required on analytics and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Graduate of any business course, preferably Accountancy
Preferably CPA or CMA
At least 2 years work experience in Finance with demonstrated increasing responsibilities
Experience in Product Supply Finance is an asset
Excellent ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
