What We'll Bring: We are looking for a Seasoned Accountant with accounting knowledge and experience on general ledger function. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and compliance tasks while learning and growing in a dynamic finance environment. Accountable for recording financial transactions in the accounting system, under the general ledger, fixed assets and intercompany modules.
Accountable for month-end and year-end tasks.
Reconcile accounts and assist in bank and intercompany reconciliations.
Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and filing deadlines.
Assist in preparing supporting documents for external statutory audits and tax assessments.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents when necessary.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance manager
Impact You'll Make:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field (CPA board passer is required).
Knowledge of accounting principles, accounting standards, and Philippine tax regulations (e.g., BIR forms and deadlines).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Willingness to learn and grow within a finance team.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with external audit approach.
