The Account Maintenance (Night Shift) is responsible for processing simple and complex maintenance activities within set procedures and guidelines prescribed. Safekeeping of all original trust documents, wills, sundries and family business files. Performs an annual physical inventory of all sundry assets on record, provides various ancillary svcs such as tax cost report mailing, no investment responsibility, product changes, IM fee payments, asset restrictions, imaging, etc. May be entry level position with opportunity to develop professionally.
Responsibilities
Executes variety of account maintenance activities for Wealth Management and Institutional clients.
Processes and handles standard cases that are completed within a set of prescribed procedures and guidelines requiring limited interaction with client servicing teams.
Solves simple issues and refers more complex problems to Sr Analyst or Team Leader for assistance.
Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines.
Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.
Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
Running and creating formal reports.
Qualifications
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. PeopleSoft) is required.Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
