.What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is searching for an Amazon Customer Support Specialist who will work with our client partner - a tech-forward consumer products company that acquires and grows online brands across the pet, home & kitchen, beauty & personal care, and fitness, sports & outdoor categories. You would be joining a team of seasoned leaders who have over 23 years of Amazon marketplace experience as well as experience in billion-dollar direct-to-consumer, local & international, retail & omnichannel operations, and brand-building having grown brands from scratch to over $1B.
In this role you will be responsible for uploading, editing and maintaining listings, listing troubleshooting, to all Amazon Seller Central accounts. This role involves basic keyword research and Seller Support Cases.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
You will be assisting our Amazon Strategists. A majority of the workload will require alterations to Amazon listings and troubleshooting. The following is a list of core tasks that will include but not be limited to:
Uploading C&D images from Google Drive to Amazon Seller Central
Amazon Seller Central Casework: Opening cases, troubleshooting
Working with and uploading Flat Files
Alert Brand Builders to any account-level or product-level risks, appeal to negative seller feedback, and seek out trends in root causes of negative product reviews.
Monitor account health, seller feedback, and customer product reviews.
Competency with: Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Google Drive, Zoom, and more.
About You:
Proven experience of 2-3 years handling Amazon accounts
Experience in product research and listing optimization
Must have experience in Amazon flat files to update listings
Experienced with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
Strong familiarity with spreadsheet software and databases
Background in Helium10 is highly preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while following management strategy
Proactive, improvement mindset
