What are we looking for:
We are in search of an Amazon Listing Specialist to work for our client partner - an eCommerce company whose goal is help the businesses manage and grow their brand on the world's largest marketplaces.
The main responsibilities will include uploading, editing and maintaning listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts. This role involves a lot of listing and product research.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
Optimize listings across online selling platforms (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
Resolve all types of listing issues and offer insights to improve listing performance
Enter in SKUs data into Google Sheets using information of a particular listing via Helium10
Monitor daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance, and PPC campaigns during the launch phase of a new product
Create summary reports on launch performance when brands/products successfully complete the launch phase
Optimize Amazon listings by performing ongoing keyword research (using Helium10) and competitor analysis, and continuously updating or improving product listings including listing text and image content
Raise, monitor and resolve identified listing issues and cases and communicate with Seller Central support via email and phone
Keep up to date with Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service related to listing management and optimization
Additional administrative duties as needed
About You:
Proven experience of 2-3 years handling Amazon accounts
Experience in product researches and listing optimization
Must have experience in SellerCloud and Amazon flat files to update listings
Experienced with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
Strong familiarity with spreadsheet software and databases
Background in Helium10 is highly preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while following management strategy
Proactive, improvement mindset
