As an Airline Reservations and Ticketing Agent (Customer Support Service), you will be assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline and Delta Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns such as, but not limited to: * Taking calls from passengers and assisting them with their booking/ticket concerns.
Communicating with the passengers efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
Handling other requests related to their AF/KLM booking/ticket.
Preferrable graduate of Tourism/Travel Industry/, Airport Operations/Management, Communications, and other similar courses;
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Great attention to details;
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Call Center experience is an advantage;
Any global distribution system experience is an advantage;
