Job Brief
We are working with a BPO/Contact Center client based out of Manila in the hunt for stellar CSRs to join a premium airline campaign!
Requirements
Completed at least 2 years in college
At least 1 year of BPO work experience in an international airline account or booking/reservations/ticketing for a travel account
Preferably with GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, and etc)
Strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
