Manage A/R and AJAX reports
Manage Accurate and Timely Billings
Control and Review STAT1
Account reports kept current
Sales and Retention
Assist Branch Ocean/Air Import Sales Effort
Procedure and Productivity Standards Adherence
Assist Manager in keeping departmental Expense to Revenue within budgetary guidelines
Personnel Management and Development
Build a team - mentor your Lead Agent
Qualifications
3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 - 3 years in Ocean Import/Air Import
Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures.
Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels.
Previous experience with MS Office Products.
