YOUR ROLE
Complete the daily processing of all Air Logistics shipments and dispatch of freight and any other related requirements. Ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are met.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate and prepare the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
- Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Professional education or degree in business or supply chain
Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Strong Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MS Outlook, Excel
