YOUR ROLE
Extract workload from BPA, RT, or any other KN system source and check each shipment if departure and arrival or POD information is available in carrier websites. Trigger corresponding statuses in SALOG otherwise send email to carrier designated contacts then add ad hoc task in SALOG. Check and analyze each shipment in Documentations or KN Services tab in SLAOG if mandatory documents are available. Complete the PSF task otherwise escalate to CCL with missing document.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes responsibilities and skills from Tier 1 Specialist, if an inter-team transfer
Accurate data entry into KN Systems.
Timely resolution and task execution or status triggering according to the agreed service level delivery and work instruction.
Provide feedback to Team Lead if there are requests that deviates in the work instructions.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree/Associate Graduate/College Level/Fresh Graduates
With 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
Good Communication Skills
Basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Applications
A high level of attention to details
Analytical and systems' oriented skills
Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure + to deal with different cultural backgrounds
Flexible working hours and can work during Philippine holidays
