Scrutinize all documents from the advance prealert received such us air waybills and other pertinent documents for a dedicated account, to determine work procedures for Customs Clearance and releasing cargo at PH Customs.
Compiles documents and data entry functions for import cargo shipments.
Notifies consignee or representative concerning arrival dates of shipment, customs clearance requirements and other necessary permits needed.
The Employee shall at all times observe and comply with all Customs laws and regulations.
Work with appointed broker and trucker for a timely cargo releasing and delivery.
To attend and present monthly KPI review with Client
Billing creation and ensure consistent achievement on the individual KPI such SOI, SOC, % CN, JIA and MJIA.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing and attachment.
The individual in this position must be capable of performing all the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation

Requirements
With good communication skills
Trustworthiness and Ethics
4 years BS Customs Graduate
Exceptional and analytical skills required
Has a minimum of two (2) year working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business.
Knowledgeable in General Freight Forwarding and Brokerage terms and standards
Knowledgeable in Customs Regulations and Processes
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Must be able to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of Billing creation, checking and reporting.
