Coordinate with the shipper/consignee and Bollore office abroad for the booking and proactively monitor timely pick up.
Responsible for assigning/creation of HAWB no. upon receipt of booking from the shipper and monitoring of the cargo and documents to be pick up.
Responsible for the monitoring of shipment upon departure until arrival at destination.
Prepare a COO for destination approval and final COO printing for courier.
Responsible for the updating of the events in Pegasus, preparation of Draft Invoices for SRO request before proceeding to final billing.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
With 1-2 years experience and knowleageable in International Freight Forwarding
Knowleageable with PEZA / Non-PEZA export flow
With experience in cuttlig of airwaybill, transfer process and other export documentation.
Prefereably Female and residents of Paranaque, Las Pinas, or nearby areas.
With good communication skills
Computer Literate
