What you will do:
Assist real estate agencies to convert tenants to the client's payments automation platform for their rental payments.
Work with the agency to contact all tenants and assist them in setting up the client's payments.
Input and develop tenant merge strategy.
Tenant Merge Transfers:
Measure and report performance of all tenant conversion activities and assess against goals (KPIs).
Continue to refine and build tenant transfers focusing on bringing on agency tenants.
Use strong communication skills to influence tenants to pay via the client's system.
Report weekly on tenant activity.
Tenant Targets to include:
Call 50 to 100 tenants per day.
Target 200 plus properties per week through tenant transfer activity.
50% plus of properties implemented upfront.
