Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent The Senior Manager, Agency Events and Communication will lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact events and communication initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and alignment across the agency force. This role is pivotal in enhancing the agency experience, promoting the company's brand and values, and supporting business growth through effective communication and memorable events. The role also includes managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Events Management
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with business objectives.
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
Agency Communication
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with business objectives.
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with agency leaders, marketing, training, and other departments to align communication and event strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on agency engagement and communication matters.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in events and communications, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading large-scale events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
