The incumbent will be the overall responsible for all MDRT activities to meet the MDRT goals year after year. He/She will also be a main driver in running the activities/events for the Sun Life field force.

Conceptualize and implement MDRT activities and events that will engage the Sun Life advisors and field managers to become MDRTs by year-end
Coordinate with stakeholders (AMT, Operations, BTO, IT, Distribution Analytics) re timely and accurate delivery of perks, benefits and recognition given to all MDRT members
As Events Specialist 40%
Responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall coordination for the successful staging of agency related events (Quarterly Huddles with Senior Leaders, NBMs Meeting, Pitstops, Staff Activities, Parties, Section events, etc) - virtual, hybrid and face to face
As Support to Agency Distribution Support 20%
Provide support to the Agency Communications team in their online strategies thru sending SMS, emails, posting on social media, etc.
Handle recognition materials for select/adhoc Agency programs
