Job Description
As anAffiliate Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners within a diverse portfolio of clients. Your role entails pulling reports on a monthly, weekly, and occasionally daily basis to thoroughly evaluate partner performance and activity. These reports will serve as the foundation for assessing areas that can be scaled or adjusted, all of which you will subsequently present to the Account Manager. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing affiliate partnerships and driving enhanced results for customers.

Schedule: Night Shift
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set-up but open for Permanent WFH
What's required to get hired
At least a 1 year of marketing experience, including some affiliate marketing experience
Advanced experience with affiliate networks such as Impact, Pepperjam, CJ, Rakuten, or ShareASale, and reporting dashboard Affluent
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or Datorama
Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proactive and inquisitive, with the ability to adapt and teach best practices
Understanding of attribution and LTV metrics
What awaits you in this role
Supporting, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners across a portfolio of clients.
Pulling monthly, weekly, and occasionally daily reports to assess performance, partner activity, and areas for scaling or adjustment, then presenting findings to the Account Manager.
Working efficiently across multiple affiliate networks including:
Commission Junction
Impact
ShareASale/Awin
AvantLink
Partnerize/Pepperjam
Rakuten/Link Connector, etc.
Creating and updating Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Completing, adding, and updating tasks in Asana.
Communicating effectively and efficiently through Gmail and Slack.
Ensuring productive and efficient workflows and processes, making adjustments as necessary.
Identifying and summarizing actionable items from client, network, affiliate, and inter-team meetings, and delegating tasks to respective individuals and teams.
