About the Role
Client Success Coordinators are responsible for supporting the client success team in the setup, execution, and internal management of influencer campaign activations, emphasizing vetting, content review, and email communication.
Client Success Coordinators help support the day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with the Client Success Associates and serve as a secondary point of contact for our influencer network.
Client Success Coordinators are responsible for excelling in specialties such as vetting, content review, and email, adhering campaigns and influencers to the timeline the Client Success Manager set forth on a given campaign.
This role serves as a support layer for the Client Success Manager and Associate in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key campaign deliverables and creative brief requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Success of the company Clients and their Campaigns and Support Influencer Communications.
Understand the campaign KPIs and unique creative briefs and work with influencers to meet expectations outlined by the CSM - KPI alignment is scoped but not limited to Vetting.
Support pre-vetting influencers for brand safety.
Vet influencer audiences and support outreach.
Vet influencers based on creative brief requirements.
Assess whether additional outreach is needed to meet client goals.
Influencer Emails.
Support the CSA in managing influencer communication for assigned clients during the vetting and content review phases.
Ensure influencer emails are responded to promptly.
Content Approval and Review.
Rate and review campaign content and copy before and after posting.
Provide content feedback to influencers from the company and the brand.
Miscellaneous
Support CSAs in maintaining internal calendars and timelines.
Proactively inform the CS team on influencer updates and campaign pacing.
Organize and manage campaign content via the Google Drive.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
In the future, build and verify campaign offers and audiences based on the statement of work (SOW).
In the future, update reports (formatting, sentiment, cities, aesthetic slides) and support campaign close.
Position Prerequisites
Advanced/Fluent in French.
Conversational English level.
Passionate about the influencer/creator industry and wants to take this role to the
next level.
You are switched on, hungry to learn and grow, confident, and love social media.
Experienced in email communication.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the marketing field and influencer/creator industry.
Experience with Google, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
