Qualification:
*Completed 2 years in college Minimum of 3 years BPO work experience
*At least 1 year and 6 months of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound)
*Preferably 6 months of B2B sales experience• Account management experience is a plus
*Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
*Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
*Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
*Familiarity with online advertising products and services
*A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
*Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in BGC, Taguig City
