Job Description
Duties of the Administrative Secretary includes providing support to the Unit Manager such as handling of schedules, recruitment, and processing of sales transactions.
Accountable for the management of day-to-day administrative support for the manager and its advisors.
The ideal candidate for this position is a strong and polished communicator, an excellent problem solver and self-starter, who is confident and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining multiple deadlines and can be a key player on the voluntary team; helping to support multiple initiatives for this business unit.
Requires providing professional and proactive administrative assistance and managing complex and confidential information.
Handling office and admin tasks, such as filling, transcribe minutes from meetings;
Anticipate the needs of the new hires in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience;
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
Unit Assistant and can work on Saturdays as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business related course.
Knowledgeable in MS office application.
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to perform other admin related tasks
With strong administration skills and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willing to be trained and adapt to fast pacing industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to work in BGC,Taguig or Manila
