Motivate sales staff
Handle administrative duties
Promote customer and internal sales' satisfaction
Support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities
Prepare documents for delivery, pick-up and transfer of boards
In-charge of transmittal of sales invoices and STS (Stock Transfer Slip) to the Accounting Department
Preparation of Sales Invoices, transmittal of documents to other departments
Other management mandated functions
Vocational, Associate or at least college level
At least 2 years experience as Sales Support, preferably in a manufacturing industry, wood and furniture industry
Knowledge in Windows office applications
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good negotiation and organization skills
Good leadership skills
